Pulse Tiles - Poor Service

I purchased some tiles from Pulse Tiles in Brickfield Road on the 13/04/2021. I ran out of the Black Decor Tile. After making a few calls I was eventually put through to Mr Emam Ghany who initially helped me. He did say he will phone his other branches and get back to me in a short while I made several calls thereafter but was constantly told that he was busy with customers. By the end of the day I had still not heard from him. Very poor customer service.
