This company takes money without service

We booked this company and paid for extra lighting which we never received on the function. When we confronted the DJ he said that it was booked for another function but they will refund us for the lighting not present at the function???? It has been 3 weeks since the function and we still struggle to get our money back. The music played by the DJ sucked and the DJ couldn't read the crowd. Don't book this company because they will rip you off and your party will suck with the outdated music.
