No response on a complaint not supplying

We booked these djs for our wedding, what a mistake!! We booked them as we were promised a ice smoker which we 1000 for for the first dance.. The ice smoker failed to work! We also booked 4 pink mood lights which were blue and not what we paid for.. Making the lights not fit in with our theme numerous times we had to ask the djs to please turn up the music.. And half of our playlist was played. We very kindly informed them of all these issues and blatantly got ignored!!! We always use to get very speady responses when aquiring their servicea but now that they have their money we dont even get any response!!! Dont book these djs
