Pulpits 4 Africa - Appalling quality /Disgusting Customer Service!!!

Never in all my years of business have I come across suppliers who have behaved so shamefully. Gunther and Michael have repeated **** to my staff and I regarding a replacement podium and a storage bag which was fully paid for in October 2018. A response to a letter sent by my attorney indicated an apology for their mistakes and the commitment to have the podium and storage bag delivered by the 22/03/2019. This after having made a management decision to have the goods delivered by the 25/01/2019. These ********** need to be exposed. Their customer service is shocking!!! They have used every excuse for not having delivered. Firstly it was problems being experienced with the courier company. Arrangements were made to pick up the goods however they claimed they were not informed despite an email being sent and that the podium was in storage. They have indicated that due to new ownership, the podium that was made was sold to another customer. They are working on a backlog (from October 2018) Apart from the disgusting customer care, the quality of the product was unacceptable. There were scratches on the service, chips on the edges and the podium was cracked. Furthermore the goods were not packaged properly hence it arrived cracked. I had paid for a storage bag as well which I am unable to comment on since it was never sent. Customers who are thinking of ordering from Pulpits 4 Africa.... Beware!!!
