Goods Paid for but not delivered

On the 29th of October 2018, we ordered and paid in full an amount of R7200 for 2 Perspex Podiums and to this day we have still not received the order (13 March 2019) . We have called several times and still cannot get a straight answer as to why we have not received them . We have tried to call again now recently and they do not answer their phones nor email. We are extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend them.
