Disgrace

I have ordered and paid R11 000 for a 5 Panel Drum Shield on 17 May 2019. There has been no delivery (every time it's tomorrow) and no refund on the money that I have requested. I did speak to the owner and others and they promised me the money back. It's all empty promises. Now they don't answer any of their contact numbers anymore. This is a disgrace.
