Disappointing Service

Our church ordered a pulpit from Pulpits for Africa in October 2018, when it was eventually delivered in November it was broken, chipped and scratched. We have asked on numerous occasions for them to collect the faulty pulpit and replace it but to this day they have not done so. We have even gone to their warehouse where promises were made but were not upheld. We do not recommend Pulpits for Africa at all as they do not operate with integrity but with lies and bad customer service.
