"Loan Vultures"

I was a frequent client of Pule's Finance in Bloemfontein. On the 30th December 2014, i relocated to Pretoria from Bloemfontein, due to sudden, unforseen circumstances. I notified the company that i had relocated and promised to pay them the outstanding balance, as soon as i receive my pension fund payout and they agreed.

On the 23rd March 2015, my daughter called them, to request the outstanding balance, which was said to be R4220.00. On the 24th March 2015, i transferred the amount to their banking account, which was given to me by the lady at Pule's Finance.

On the 26th May 2016, i noticed that i had been blackilisted at the credit bureau. I contacted them and also e'mailed them a copy of my bank statment, proving that i had made the payment the previous year.

To my surprise, i did a credit check again and there it was " a default judgement" executed by Pule's Finance on the 29th August 2016 of R3068.00, after all my effort to prove to them that i had settled in 2015.

I am now battling to get a letter from them, stating that i had paid the balance, so i could clear my own name, with my own money, but the owner of the company is refusing to give me a letter, claiming that the account was paid after it was handed over to his attorneys
