Unpaid claims

Pulamed or Pula Medical Aid in Botswana in useless. Months down the line we have been trying to get them to process claims. When emailed or phoning in the follow-ups go on deaf ears. They say they are busy and will send Proof of Payments, it never happens. My mother passed away 4months ago and still as I type this the bills they have dedicated to pay have not been settled.
