STAY AWAY FORM PUKKI VERBLYF!!!
STAY AWAY!!! This is the most pathetic place to hire form!! Each year they take thousands form potential tenants. I took photo's of how dirty the flat was, how the flat was painted, dirty kitchen, dirty stove, dirty floors and carpets. Everything was filthy!! Yet they charge me for painting a flat that was not painted properly in the first place, I send them photos!! Yet they charged me cleaning fees, after I left the place cleaner as the day I moved in. This is just a scheme to make money out of tenants. PLEASE STAY AWAY, RATHER RENT PRIVATE!!!

We use external contractors for the inspections and maintenance and they have full access to all the inbound and outbound inspection of the previous years, so there is no reason for you deposit to be lost if everything was announced and put on your inspection form. for this reasons. to actually. Because we use external contractors, its easy for us to actually come in and assist out tenants. Please let me know where dit you stay and i will look into the matter for you straight away, If the contractor made a mistake with your inspection, my contract with them, says they have to pay back the money within 12 hours. 15 Mar 2021, 09:51Mrs Rheeders, I see there was maintenance R2030 deducted from your deposit for maintenance. I have asked for the inspection reports etc. To go through them. Will give you feedback asap. The rest of the deposit, was paid out to you on the 19/01. Regards

How can you charge me to paint the whole flat, which was occupied for not even two months. When flat was not painted properly form the start. Cleaning fees when I left the flat cleaner as the day we moved in. the place was filth!!! I left two holes in the wall, the wall is a metre and now you want to charge me R2030 for that it is insane!!
