Do not rent through Pukki Verblyf
Dear Parents
Stay away from renting from Pukki Verblyf. No compromising - not even 7 days during 2 years of Covid time, A few of our parents would not recommend them or Oudebrug Estate, Rather rent private.

I have tried to see where you stayed at Oudebrug 2021, but can't seems to find any tenant of lessee with your credentials.
Oudebrug Estate, is by far the BEST student accommodation in Potchefstroom, with 24 hour security, more that 48 cameras all around the wall, that is being monitored 14/7 by the biggest security company in Potchefstroom, and the best of all , Oudebrug Estate will be the only estate in Potchefstroom that would have a generator big enough to give all the tenants electricity during load shedding in 2022.
Your review is interlay false. Pukki Verblyf, with the help of the owners, helped allot of tenants during the pandemic.
More than R2 500 000 discount in rent was given off, from the start of the Covid pandemic, we still give tenants discount today, if they are in need of help. The qualifying criteria, was easy, you just needed to give us proof of lost in income etc. and we would have negotiated with the owner. Thus if you need help, by the means of a financial struggle please email me on *** and will gladly assist you during this time

There were no discount granted or proof of Income loss asked. Neither medical reasons accepted.
Discount rent and Cancellation refused without any communication or reason from owner.
