Pukka - Worst service ever

Hallo

Went there a few weeks back, waited 20 minutes before some one took my take away order. then when she finished order she loaded the incorrect item. she said someone will come and fix it now on the computer. Waited 10 minutes before someone else came there, asked if we have been helped, i told her that i'm waiting to fix order on computer, she said someone will be there shortly. another 10 minutes passed and i decided to rather leave as they do not want to help
