Dissatisfied Service

I recently ordered a product from Pukka Tea in Cape Town. Their order service delivery is very poor as my goods were not ordered the day it was suppose to. Secondly I instructed them on multiple emails to ask the courier company to call me prior to delivery as I can't wait at home from 8 to 5, there's no one to collect my order as I go to work part time and having to drive from place to place, I am quite busy. The courier company phones me to say his outside and expects me to jump and drive home from where ever I am. He didn't even let me sign for the goods, I could simply say I did not recieve them. He was very rude and unprofessional and I was very disappointed both with Pukka Tea and the courier company.
