Myself and 3 friends placed a big order with puffonvapes., a Jhb based company. We dealt with a woman by the name of Danielle Du Plessis. She assured us our or of vape devices, coils and liquid would arrive safely to Cape Town. We spent over R8000. The first parcel arrived with everything incorrect. She assured me she would resend the correct goods. The second parcel arrived and again it was incorrect. She wouldn’t answer my WhatsApp or phone calls. We then knew something was amiss. Eventually she answered saying her phone was ****** and assured me this time she would send the right goods. I wrote down exactly what was needed. She said she had put it altogether and the parcel was on its way. It arrived and again was incorrect!! It has been 10 days now no answer on her phone. No reply to WhatsApp. We have emailed the company Puffonvapes numerous times, and have had no response at all! In these stressful and difficult times it’s hard to imagine that people would so blatantly **** us. We are now looking to take this matter further.
