No customer communication

I was a big fan of Puff.co.za, until I started having an issue when placing orders. After completing payment it would tell me my order is going to be delivered via door to door courier, however the option I requested was a pargo pick up point. This error has happened to me twice and despite contacting every email address and phone number available, nobody got back to me either time this happened. Its really frustrating as this was a great company, but with no customer support its been a nightmare to deal with.
