Great service recieved

I purchased a Puff e-sigarette from Key West shopping centre in Krugersdorp on 24-12-2014. It was a Avatar2 sig. The battery button on the sig got stuck and the vaporizers leaked fluid. Then last week Monday I popped in to the Puff shop at Cradlestone Mall. I spoke to Vince there. He immediately changed the unit for a new one, but gave me only one vaporizer, saying he will have to first send the old ones in for testing. Today I got a call from Vince, and he sorted out all out, saying I need to come in and collect another vaporizer. <br> <br> Vince, your service is excellent! Thank you for actually believing in the product that you sell. And by the way, your product is fantastic!
