I recently purchased a few items for my smoking habit. Im not just a smoker, but a specific smoker, with a specific taste for tabacco flavour and also accessories like your Zippo lighters (im a collector) and a specific case.

In the past we had a few hiccups here and there but my concerns were always looked after. Very knowledgeable staff, with a zest for customer service and building a loyal customer base.

In the run they've made a loyal customer out of me, again thanks to Nico. He thinks the way a business owner or consultant should think.
