Would rather stick pins in my eye***** than deal with Pudo

I have been a user of Pudo for ages and twice now I have encountered problems that are driving me insane 1) since December and 2j from 19/02 and today instead of sending the client a notification that their parcel is ready for collection they sent it to me! I am now having to turn to DHL as I cannot and will not accept incompetence, lack of customer support and extreme rudeness from Pudo’s so called Customer Support.
