Worst service and attitude.

I have been using Pudo for more than a year for our business. Today I had to deposit a small parcel, but the door refused to open, the only option given on the screen was to upgrade. When I contacted Pudo on their website to report the issue and ask for a refund on the difference between the 2 locker sizes, they refuse to do so, indicating I should report it, all the while I was busy doing that and at the same time asking for the refund in difference.
