Worst Customer and Service Delivery Experience

Worst Customer Experience I have had from any service delivery company.

I have been trying to get feedback from PUDO on a package for over a month, I got to the Pudo locker to collect my package and the locker was empty.

I logged a complaint with no luck and just got a "this will be escalated" message. I drove to the nearest PUDO drop off kiosk and they said that they can't help and I should call the warehouse, Ofcourse no answer from the warehouse for 3 days.

I have continuously logged complaints on whatsapp and on their website and all I get is "this will be escalated".

At the moment I seem to be collecting reference numbers instead of my package.
