Very poor customer service to retrieve lost parcel

Poor customer service. Tried getting contact for over 2 days to resolve an issue with a package and got nothing but automated bots, the call center unavailable, the email address unattended. extremely poor service overall. Eventually got helped through an online agent on day 3, but she only managed to tell me they dont know where the package is, even though the APP indicates its in a locker, but the Pudo center assistance does not know where it is because according to them it was taken out. She cant assist with how to retrieve it. Leaving me again with no answer and no parcel! Very very poor
