Useless pudo service

The customer booked a package from Pretoria to go to Bloemfontein,the courier did not pitch up from wednesday, today ,Tuesday 6 days later,the courier just stopped no hooting,I tried with all the locks to unlock to get out ,they drove away ,seriously I can't wait the whole day for this courier and week
