Unusable Lockers

Solar ONLY locker at BP Birch Road Benoni. As a regular customer of the pudo system - I am severely disappointed in the limited service of the locker. when the sun does not shine locker does not work?? I had a BP supervisor with me at the locker - indicating the reason for the locker not working.

My main problem is - what happens if I place my customer parcels in a solar only locker - and rain weather prevents courier guy from retreaving the parcels?????? This would reflect badly on every business owner using this service
