Terrible service from PUDO - Courier Guy

This is the third time that we have the same issue, they either send the parcel to the wrong locker or it expires before the 36 hours is over. I'm totally and utterly disappointed in the service from Pudo. Can you please refund me my funds of R 149.00 to my wallet asap.
