TERRIBLE SERVICE COSTING ME MORE BECAUSE OF SYSTEM PROBLEM
When you have a system issue, but their system issue, causes you to have to rebook a parcel. Having to put up with the worst customer services on the whatsapp line from Buhle.
As a long term customer who have been using courier guy and pudo for 6 years, this was the most dissatisfaction I have ever had.
DO BETTER PUDO! you are going to lose customers

03 Apr 2025, 15:35After this, Buhle stepped up, and sorted my problem out. I just wished a system problem didnt cost me more. Still unhappy, but the support person was better
