Terrible customer experience

What a terrible new system. You book and PAY for your locker upfront. Are given a time limit to drop off your parcel But you CAN NOT reserve a locker So you drive to the locker drop off point (in my case half n hour away) only to find out there isn't space available. Your only options are to drive around all over from locker drop offs to other drop offs HOPING one might be available somewhere else Or to come back later, maybe one will be available then. All within a limited time frame.

What an absolute waste of my time (chasing some elusive rabbit) and a terrible customer experience.

My time of being in avoidant relationships is over!! Come to the party PUDO!!
