Terrible…..

This is the worst courier service ever! It’s such a pity as the lockers are such a good idea! Their customer service is next level bad, I have been trying to redirect a parcel from joburg to herm**** and they said I have to rebook a locker and they will send it back, they never did because the lockers expired and they won’t come back to me for a refund!!!!!! I wasted Over R100 to get its parcel to the right destination. Everytime I try get hold of someone, I have to go through AI bots first.

This has not happened once! They have lost my parcels and have said it’s not their problem… Come on PUDO, never using again
