I was in front of locker it was off no Iloadshedding, got hold of agent Reece Schoeman by email, she responded with ticket *** to assist, when i tried to send my details so that they can transfer me to another branch as the drop off expires, she blocked me, i sent dms and comments on Fabebook page also and there was no assistance, also with watsup, dated 15/03/2025 this is a horrific and pathetic service that im paying for.
