Sarcastic & unhelpful staff

Usually I am quite happy with Pudo. They deliver quickly, but their customer service is really really bad. I had an issue with a locker that expired. First it was a struggle to get hold of an actual person to resolve my problem. When I did the agent was so sarcastic and not helpful at all!! Took me hours to resolve a simple issue that could have taken minutes!
