Pudo's update is NOT WORKING!!!!!

The new uodated app is not working. Tried the customer service to lodge the problem....and this is what they send me.... Not answering my problem regarding the error I keep on getting, but how to use their service (this is not my 1 st time using Pudo!!!!)
