Pudo's horrible service.

Have used Pudo in the past without any problems but boy has the past 2 weeks' experience been horrible. No locker PIN, no feedback, no human to speak to, just a really shocking chatbot on their website and whatsapp that produces no results. Have been waiting to be connected to the "next available agent" for 24 hours now.

Looking at the amount of complaints on their own Facebook page, they've definitely dropped the ball and doesn't have any inclination to resolve these serious issues.

Looking for an alternative as I'm typing.
