Pudo/courier guy not customer friendly

Complaints are not taken seriously,the fact that,lockers are full and customers cant access,the lockers ,due to this current system create a question ,Do they really need their customers,the fact that the courier guy mis uses these lockers ti create a drop and pickup for other areas is unfair ,they are wasting customers petrol and time to run around to get open lockers .
