PUDO WhatsApp did not work well.

I always have a good experience with PUDO, however this time I have send a parcel to a locker, and for 2 days in a row I received: delivery failed. On their WhatsApp number I ask why, but did not receive an answer. My reference code is :***. It is Friday today and now must they wait until Monday for the delivery?
