Pudo TOTALLY DISHONEST company when it comes to claims

Really extremely bad at taking responsibility each & every single time on either a damaged parcel even up to jammed lockers. I have proof where they pretending to investigate jammed locker for days but all lies. They come back days later to me and say CLAIM DENIED AS LOCKER was not faulty. What a joke. I had a video on jammed locker they immediately say credit will be sent suddenly saying sorry for inconvenience! What would happened if i had no video then no claim for me. Moral of story is they TOTALLY DISHONEST AND HATE PAYING OR CREDITING US ON LEGIT CLAIMS NOT INTERESTED IN OUR LOSSES AT ALL. JUST INTERESTED IN taking OUR MONEY ONLY! They pretend to investigate but its a COMPLETE LIE TRUST ME!
