Pudo - the courier guy

In as much as pudo tried to meet its clients halfway, somehow somewhere it's just a money making scheme. I booked a parcel for collection in the morning, when I tried to check if has been collected, it wasn't and I checked with them why there was a delay and they promised that it will be collected before the end of business and they never did. They then sent me a message that they couldn't get a driver to pick up my parcel, does pudo understand the urgency of our parcels though? And what irritates the most is that they will never respond to our reviews, neither try to apologize for their inconvenience.
