Pudo suck and is a disgrace to Courier Guy

I placed an order with a company who sent my parcel via pudo on Thursday 9 January. As I am used to that it takes usually 2-3 days for delivery I gave my work address for the delivery address while I was still on leave. On Friday 10 January I received an email stating my parcel will be delivered before the end of the end of the day. I emailed them and asked them to change the address to my home address as I am not at work to collect the parcel unless they only deliver on Monday then they can still use my work address as I will be there to collect. So they cancelled the delivery. Then on Monday 13 January I get a message saying they are going to deliver (at my home address), nothing. I received an email stating they tried to contact me with no answer. I did not have any missed on calls on my phone so I informed them to please change the address back to my work address as there is a receptionist that can get hold of me in case they courier can't. This morning I received an email stating they will be delivering at my home address... Don't you people read???????? Now my parcel is marked as High Risk... What does that even mean????? Pudo suck and is a disgrace to Courier Guy.
