Pudo SA pathetic customer service

Like many other poor reviews on this platform about Pudo I too have experienced unpleasant service from them,They take their time to respond to frustrated customers,lose parcels with no care at all,waste your time ,energy and money. Their lockers already have parcels within when you enter your code and open them thereby breaching security to the max! And they just do not respond,one has to consistently nag them and message multiple times and then too you get a bot response which just makes no sense!! Since the beginning of October their reviews have only been from dissatisfied ,unhappy customers and looks like its only getting worse!
