PUDO REFUNDS sucks!!!

I really love the PUDO service and have been using frequently over the past few months. However, I had a very nasty experience when I requested a REFUND. The Customer Support agent guided me to cancel the original locker booked because my box could not fit. She instructed me to request another option (Door to Locker) which I duly comp**** with and also stated I must send a REFUND request to the PUDO Team. I duly comp**** with this too. Within an hour the box was collected from my home (which is excellent service) but they will not refund me for the original locker booked. As a customer, I feel really let down by PUDO (even if it's just a mere R79) :(
