Pudo not so reliable at all

lock***9 I sent 2 parcels last week… Both times I went to drop off… another parcel was in the locker going out as well! The above wb nr was sent on the 28 of August to my brother in Natal…. Which has still not arrived! An agent phones me yesterday to confirm if I really did put my parcel in the locker 😂 He said he will find out from the recieving branch if they might have it and phone me back…. I am still waiting thanks… I would have understood if the person at least kept contact!
