PUDO ****MERS/USELESS

Pudo bunch off chancers. They cancelled two off my booked Pudo boxes way before expiry time! Sitti g in my car calling them, get told by a useless bot and a even more useless callback that I must send screenshots to support @pudo.co.za which I did. No response, only a received email message and a ticket number which doesn't help because nobody speaks to you. A guy by name Tiaan actually eventually told me that the cancelation was their mistake and he will escalate my refund to admin, in the meantime I unfortunately must rebook and pay again. Sorry thats procedure I get told! So now I had to go back home, distance, change my waybill info on my parcels and inform all my clients re change in waybill numbers. Had to go back, distance, everyday I ask for my refund....no refund....now got told 5 wirking days. Why? Why must I wait 5 days for their mess! Total *********** service!
