PUDO LOST MY PACKAGE, THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME

Lost my parcel, I sent documents and Id' proof ecs no news!!! prior to this the courier guy with Yaga went on and damaged a package and did not even refund me!! I paid all these fees and they take no responsibility for it. SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR *****NESS.

YAGA WAS SO USELESS, TAKING THE COURIERS SIDE WHEN THERE IS FULL PROOF OF ME SENDING A PACKAGE INTACT.
