Pudo is ineffective

I booked a PUDO locker and this morning when I went there it was already open and the latch didn't work. This was at Mall of the South, mind you I paid R89.

So I booked 2 more (R139 each) at The Courier Guy Crown mines at the Stella mall. I went there at 2 because online it says the lockers are open till 5pm. I get there and they tell me they closed at 1pm and don't open on Sunday so my money is gone because of their ****up.

The whole point of lockers is for accessibility, not to be in an office that closes after opening for 4 hours. I have attached imagine and a video as proof. I would like my R367 back
