Pudo is a disgrace to call themself the best courier service

Pudo is *****ing our money - they are not even thinking of refunding you if you book the wrong size and want to upgrade to a bigger size - The Pudo Technician closed my bin and he told me to whats app them - when i did whats app them they told me to book a new locker and i am not allowed a refund on my one because on there side it shows the locker is closed. Even the Courier Guy phoned me asking me why my locker is empty - i told him and the said i will have to take it up with Pudo so that they can refund me - but they say because i am not a first time user i am not allowed a refund - so like i put it they ***** my money for no service they rendered. I will never ever use them again and if you don't want to lose money don't use them either.
