Pudo has to sort out issues,to help customers

Now the system are changed again,this is a inconvienience towards customers.theres still a problem to be able to put in complaints,and get assistance. With regards that a customer had to drive ftom one locket to another to be able to put in a parcel,and that youre branches,uses the courier guy to over fill the lockers as o the public can't use the lockers!the courier company and the branches are not allowed to use these lockers to fill ,its unfair .is this lockers for the public or pudo branches and the courier guy couruers to fill up .
