Pudo dropped me again

I use pudo fairly often and generally I have had very little issues with it. Today for the second time now a package that was supposed to be collected, has been cancelled after 3rd attempt due to non collection. No one made an effort to call the sender, no-one made an effort to contact me. I kept tracking and when after the 2nd attemp was futile I mailed them with another address in order to secure package....Today.....package cancelled.....pay again.
