Pudo customer service is non-existent

Normally I dont have issues with Pudo and their delivery service is great. This time I decided to buy 10 x cardboard boxes from them in their specified size so that I can use it to send parcels to my clients. I ordered and paid... so far so good. When I subsequently enquired when delivery of the boxes would take place I was then only told it would take 5 working days. I asked if I could collect the boxes at the nearest kiosk as it is quite urgent to get the orders out to my clients. The answer was no. I have been fighting a brick wall in the form of Lisa van Wyk to no avail to get the boxes quicker. To cancel they want my whole personal pedigree before paying my money back to me. Seems we have hit a stalemate. As a result I will never use PUDO or Courier Guy again. I will just take my business elsewhere. I have been using them for many many years and this is how regular clients are treated. Shame on you Pudo.
