Pudo - courier guy

I've been using pudo for a year or two and some of the problems which I would encounter, I would tolerate them. However three weeks ago when I booked a locker, the prices were up with R9 and shockingly, it was not even communicated with us customers, then last week again when I tried to book a locker again, the price had went up with R10 again which amounted to R79 of which initially it was 60. Today I tried to book a locker, imagine from R79 to price increase of additional R70 which means the total amount of the locker csme to R149. I had to add funds into my account to do that booking, still after adding the money, they said that the locker is now R159. This is so ridiculous, frustrating and inconvenience honestly, someone is playing with us and they are not even considerate at all. This is just a total mess, can someone give us a clarity.
