Pudo bad courier services

I over the week had 3 xl boxes full of glasswear photo frames as well as plastic utencils containers and so on bubble wrapped as well as in bold and big wrote fradgile spoke to the guy that picked up the ge boxes letting him know its very fragile to please note so they agreed to handle with care but when on delivery the one box had no locker as i paid for so they took it back to the hub n next day brought it to the lockers all damaged broken and when emailed then they said i am liable for that as they cannot do anything about it how sad is this what can i do who can assist with this
