Pudo app and staff not working

Booked a parcel on the 23rd Dec. Still today 31Dec. Not received any feedback on when or where my package is. Had to pay twice for the same package and yet, absolutely nothing from anyone. Well done in loosing another client. Following the absolutely useless BOT also doesn't help. You guys need to update your scripts for public holidays that you are not working. It's not that difficult to rewrite the scripts or leave someone in charge that can operate the system when everyone else is on holiday
