PUDO and THE COURIER GUY disappointments

Had the worst experience with PUDO and THE COURIER GUY. Long story short, had theft from 3 parcels during transit within a period of 2 weeks. Provided all information they needed and they still slam me with bull stories. Been dealing with the OPS in JHB names like Yanco, Mitchell and Thami who are all very unhelpful and provide no feedback and show no interest in long standing clients but quick to cover for their long standing staff who are totally absolved of theft. Big money making business so us small businesses mean nothing to them, and we are forced to cover the loss from our own pockets because they don't want to take any responsibility at all. I've had enough because they are not even replying anymore to my emails
